By making a reservation at Slapen in de Molen you agree to the terms and conditions below. All our reservations are also subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). These can be found at www.khn.nl/uvh-en.

1. Reservation and payment

• A reservation is confirmed once you have received the booking confirmation.

• For private guests, payment must be made in advance via the indicated payment system.

• For business bookings, payment by invoice can be arranged upon request.

2. Cancellation by the guest

• Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail.

• The following rules apply in accordance with the UVH:

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge.

  • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

  • Within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

3. Cancellation by Slapen in de Molen

• In exceptional circumstances (such as force majeure, unforeseen damage or safety reasons) we may have to cancel your reservation.

• In such cases, we will offer an alternative stay or a full refund.

4. Stay and use

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00.

• A late check-out until 12:00 is possible upon request and for an additional fee.

• Please keep in mind that the mill is a monument: use the spaces and furnishings with care.

• Respect other guests: please keep the volume down after 22:00.

• The number of guests may not exceed the number agreed in the booking.

• Smoking in the room is not allowed. In case of violation, an additional €100 cleaning fee will be charged.

5. Liability

• We do everything we can to make your stay safe and comfortable. However, guests stay in and around the mill at their own risk.

• Slapen in de Molen is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

6. Applicable law

• All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

• In the event of disputes, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) shall prevail.
